ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

 


 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Godhaus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 


 

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Godhaus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.godhaus@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 


 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Godhaus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
